If you have Pilates equipment at home, we will fully utilize it! Otherwise, no equipment will be needed.
Never miss a class! Our virtual sessions allow you to take a class at home or on-the-go.
If you have equipment at home, we will use it.
Otherwise, all you need is your mat.
Our private Pilates classes are 100% catered to your individuality. We will focus on building strength, flexibility and mobility in each session by teaching the core fundamentals of Pilates.
Sessions last for a duration of 50 minutes; if you have equipment (chair, reformer, cadillac, spine corrector, ladder barrel, etc.) we will use it!
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, 24 hour notice is required for rescheduling. Full fee will be charged if you cancel within the 24hr time period with the option to book a $20 makeup class.
