I am Lindsey Diers, the founder of Koa Pilates,
bringing you the world of classical Pilates with a dash of contemporary spice. My goal is to teach you how to connect with your body, to engage and isolate muscles, breathe in a way that assists you in your movements, and so much more.
I believe that Pilates is for everyBODY, a form of movement that will strengthen, lengthen, and align the body.
